The CEMB Dual-Matic is the top-of-the-line heavy-duty tire changer in the CEMB lineup — a fully automatic electro-hydraulic machine engineered to perform under the toughest service conditions. Designed for trucks, buses, tractors, and earthmoving equipment, the Dual-Matic handles both tubeless and tube-type wheels with a maximum tire diameter of 100" and maximum width of 59". Its four-jaw hydraulic self-centering chuck grips rim sizes from 11" to 46" (up to 60" with optional extensions), and the 100mm diameter tool-holder arm — the largest in its class — is fully hydraulically controlled for maximum precision and power. Dual independent carriage movement at two speeds simplifies wheel positioning and dramatically improves efficiency compared to single-carriage machines.
